Lynn Reporting - SESSIONS
This report analyzes user sessions in the web application, showing how users interact, how much time they spend, and which sections they visit. This information helps to understand the overall usage of the application and identify areas for improving the user experience.
All the charts in the report feature an interactive legend that enables a more dynamic exploration of the data. Each element in the legend represents a data group. Clicking on one of these elements hides the values associated with that variable from the chart, allowing users to focus on the behavior of the other categories and enhancing interpretation.
Billable Conversations
The pie chart shows the distribution of billable conversations by communication channel and type of service, allowing us to see which channels and services generate the highest number of interactions. Each sector is proportional to the number of conversations for a specific channel and service.

Menus
Displays a tree diagram with the sequence of menus that the user will encounter during their interaction. The main branches represent the top-level options, starting with the main menu, while the sub-branches show secondary options or submenus. This diagram illustrates the navigation flow based on the user's decisions and how these choices determine the next menu that will appear.
Each node represents a menu, and the branches extending from it display the options that the user can select, which lead to new menus at the next level of interaction. The initial node, located on the left, is the first menu that the user interacts with, and from there, their choices trigger other nodes (menus) at different levels.
To the left of each option, a number is displayed indicating how many times users have selected that option. Options with higher numbers signify more popular or frequently chosen routes. This data helps identify trends in user behavior and understand which routes are the most traveled in the flow. If many users consistently choose the same route, it could indicate that it is the clearest or most relevant option for them.
New sessions
This bar chart illustrates the number of user sessions in a tenant over a specified period of time. The objective is to visualize usage behavior and detect patterns, such as peaks or decreases, that may be related to certain events or important dates.
On the X axis, the dates are represented, with each bar corresponding to a date or time, depending on the range selected in the initial filter. For each timestamp, the corresponding number of sessions will be displayed.
The Y axis shows the total number of sessions recorded in the tenant. The height of each bar represents the total number of sessions at each timestamp, allowing for a quick comparison of usage levels between different days.
This chart helps analyze the overall usage trend of the application, allowing for an understanding of when users are most active and how these patterns relate to external activities or events.
