Lynn Reporting - SURVEY
Survey Results Tree Map
It displays a Tree Map-style graphic with three rows at the top. The first row shows the number of completed surveys, the second row contains the survey names (with each column corresponding to a different survey), and the third row lists the questions for each survey, along with the number of responses received for each.
In the graphic, each box represents the results of a question, with its size proportional to the number of responses in that category. Larger boxes correspond to categories with more responses, while smaller ones represent those with fewer responses. Each question is distinguished by a group of monochromatic colors to help identify the areas within the chart.
Survey Response Frequency Table
The data present survey responses, grouped by the frequency with which each option was selected by respondents.
The table columns are as follows:
- Survey: The title of the survey, i.e., the name by which it is identified.
- Language: The language in which the survey content is written.
- Question Title: The name that identifies each question within the survey.
- Option: The value of the selected option, or the number entered if the response is numeric.
- Count: The frequency with which the option was selected.
Identifying the most selected options allows for optimizing products, services, or policies to better align with what the public values and needs, thus increasing satisfaction and effectiveness. Additionally, the most common responses highlight areas that require priority improvements based on what is most relevant to the surveyed group.
By dragging a column name to the top area of the table, information is automatically grouped according to that column's values. This feature allows the data to be organized and viewed in segments, making it easier to compare and analyze different groups or categories within the table.
Additionally, each column includes a filter that allows the user to select rows meeting specific criteria based on their values. The filter provides two conditions with conditional logic (AND or OR), enabling these to be combined for further refinement of the results. The Filter and Clear Filters buttons allow the selected criteria to be applied or reset, respectively.

By dragging a column name to the top area of the table, information is automatically grouped according to that column's values. This feature allows the data to be organized and viewed in segments, making it easier to compare and analyze different groups or categories within the table.
Additionally, each column has two filters: one to select rows that meet specific criteria based on their values, with two conditions that use conditional logic (AND or OR), allowing them to be combined to refine the results. The Filter and Clear filters buttons allow you to apply the selected criteria or reset them, respectively. The other filter is used to show or hide the table columns.
