Scheduling Manager

This feature facilitates the administration of scheduling proactive communications, allowing the management of time slots for executing campaign records, possible exceptions (e.g., non-working days), and the number of records to be executed per defined time slot.

To access this feature, click on the manage scheduling button in the campaign view toolbar.

In this view, you can observe the name, the campaign, the number of daily schedules (limit), and the validity date/time of the schedule..

Below, we describe the administration of each schedule.

Name Description
Edit Allows you to edit the created schedule
Scheduling Sections Directs you to the Scheduling Sections view
Scheduling Exceptions Directs you to the Exceptions view
