Facebook Channel Configuration (Version V.1)
The necessary steps to integrate Facebook channels with Lynn are presented with the following scope:
-Direct Messages: Administration of responses to private messages from Facebook users.
- Facebook Comments: Management of messages displayed on the wall of the associated page, initially only handling replies to comments.
Requirements
Requirements needed for the integration.
- Facebook Page (with admin role).
- Business profile.
In the channel configuration, you can set the version of the integrator used.
Create a Facebook Page
The Facebook page is the link between the previously created application and the Facebook and/or Instagram account. The steps to create a Facebook page and associate it with a business administrator account for management will be described.

Firstly, go to the Facebook account associated with your application and click the Create **, button as shown in the image.

Now you can see all the things that can be created on Facebook. To create a new page, click the Create button. .

Fill in the page information.

Include a representative name for the page, a category (for Lynn's case, we use "community"), and an optional description.
Integrate the Facebook Page with Lynn
- To add a channel, access Lynn with your credentials,
- Log in to your tenant by clicking the brush-shaped icon
- Right-click on any empty space on the diagram and select Configure Channel
- Select one of the Facebook or Instagram channels, and click the Create button
- On the configuration window, select version V.1, and click the Login with Facebook button
- A window will appear immediately to request your Facebook credentials if you are not logged in previously. If this is not the account you want to associate, you can log out and log in again with the desired account
- If you were previously logged into Facebook, a window will appear asking if you want to continue with the previous configuration. Click the Edit Configuration button
- Select the page(s) you want to connect to Lynn and click Next
- Select the permissions granted to Lynn and click the Done button to return to Lynn
- Immediately, the necessary parameters to establish the connection will be automatically retrieved. Click Verify.
- Click Update

As a result of this process, two channels will be created: Facebook Direct and Facebook Comment. If you don't need any of them, you can remove them from the diagram.

The channel is configured and can be tested from the integrated account.
