Write Customize Navigation Mark

Description: This extension module allows you to write a custom navigation mark in the Attention Flow.
Functionality: Use this extension module to create a mark for each menu option, which will later enable Lynn to count the number of interactions a customer had with the configured mark associated with that menu option.
Implementation
Synchronize the action execution with the message display for the customer: Select the “Yes” option to enable synchronization of the “mark” action with the customer’s message display, meaning it will have a high priority for logging in Lynn. Otherwise, it will be logged with low priority.
The string contains the navigation mark name: Field where you need to define the name for the mark. For example, you might use "CUSTOMER UNAVAILABLE, CALL BACK."
The entity contains the navigation mark value: A dropdown list field that allows you to select the entity containing the value of the navigation mark.
